進口原裝柴油發(fā)電機組的維護保養(yǎng)的方法有哪些？

適用于備用發(fā)電機組的保養(yǎng)方案：（如住宅小區(qū)、大廈、xxx、機關單位、景區(qū)、工廠等很少停電的地方，僅用于消防、停電檢修等時候才用的備用發(fā)電機組）

常規(guī)保養(yǎng)：在日常維護的基礎上，每半年或一年做一次保養(yǎng)即可

Routine maintenance: on the basis of routine maintenance, and maintenance can be done once every six months or a year

1、對發(fā)電機組水、電、油、氣等進行全面的檢查，確認機組是否正常；

1, the generator set water, electric, oil, gas and other comprehensive examination, confirm the unit is normal;

2、空載試機5-10分鐘，使機組得到充分的潤滑；通過聽、看、聞等方法判斷機組使用狀況；

2, no-load test machine for 5-10 minutes, the unit fully lubrication; judge the unit usage by listening, see, smell and other methods;

3、更換空氣濾、柴油濾、機油、機油濾、水濾、油水分離器濾芯等耗材；

3, to replace the air filter, diesel filter, oil, oil filter, water filter, oil-water separator filter supplies;

4、更換散熱水箱冷卻液、水箱寶；

4, the replacement of the radiator coolant, tank po;

5、添加蓄電池電池液或蒸餾水；

6、保養(yǎng)完成后，對機組進行再一次檢查，并進行清潔打掃；

（1）潤滑系統(tǒng)：更換機油濾芯，更換機油。

（2）進排氣系統(tǒng)：清洗或更換空氣濾芯，檢查進排氣系統(tǒng)是否有泄漏，調整氣門間隙，清洗曲軸箱呼吸器。

(2) the intake and exhaust system: clean or replace the air filter, check whether there is leakage of intake and exhaust system, adjust the valve clearance, cleaning crankcase breather.

（3）燃油系統(tǒng)：排放燃油箱底部雜質，清洗或更換柴油粗濾，更換柴油細濾，檢查燃油管路是否有泄漏，測試手動油泵。

(3) fuel system: impurity bottom discharge fuel tank, cleaning or replacing the coarse filter, replacement of diesel fine filter, check the fuel lines for leaks, the test manual oil pump.

（4冷卻系統(tǒng)：檢查風扇和散熱芯片、節(jié)溫器，調整或更換風扇皮帶，清洗散熱器水箱及發(fā)動機水道，更換冷卻液。

(4: check the cooling system fan and cooling chip, thermostat, adjust or replace the fan belt, cleaning the radiator tank and engine waterways, replacing the coolant.

（5）電氣部分：檢查啟動馬達、輸出開關、啟動旋鈕、緊急停車繼電器、充電發(fā)電機、市電充電器、啟動電池、速度傳感器以及發(fā)動機控制線路的松緊程度；發(fā)電機定子、轉子除塵，檢查勵磁系統(tǒng)狀態(tài)。

(5) the electrical part: check the tightness of the motor starting, the output switch, emergency stop, start relay, charging generator, power charger, battery, starting speed sensor and engine control circuit; generator stator, rotor dust, check the excitation system state.
